Operator confidence and optimum comfort

The GTX's 90° pivoting steering axle allows for the tightest curves in the industry. With the pivot point centered between both drive wheels when using dual motors, the GTX offers the tightest turning radius possible.

A ride with extraordinary acceleration, gradeability and stability is always possible with the GTX or GEX16-20s. The speed and direction of each motor is regulated proportionally by the position of the steered wheels. A 0-turn steering axle allows a perfect turning radius of 101% on a GEX16-20s

High-performance AC motors

The fact that the motors are fully AC powered means that the truck has fewer parts and minimal wear and tear, resulting in less downtime and costs and ultimately generating a higher return on investment. In addition, it features thermal protection, anti-heating protection and dual reverse for tight curves.

Easy maintenance

The rear control box cover is supported by two shock absorbers for easy access for maintenance in a standing position. On-board diagnostics allow the mechanic to check fault codes via the tool-free display.

Robust mast and chassis

Features hydraulic shock valves, which provide quiet sequential operation and reduce jolts and vibrations.

Includes nested I-channel mast rails with a robust, torsion-resistant design, smooth transitions between mast levels and a wide field of view. These rails are cold rolled, nested and interlocked for strength and stability.

The GEX 16-18-20 S electric truck manages to avoid friction with its inclined and fully sealed bearings. In addition, 6 inclined chassis rollers are standard.

Stable platform

Thanks to its low battery positioning between the axles, a low center of gravity is achieved for optimal stability. It also has a speed control in turns, in addition to the vehicle speed reduction in turns.

Interactive LCD display

The operator can select 4 preset performance modes and additional settings can be made to maximize performance in certain operations. It also features alarm codes, indicating the current alarm code and storing previous alarm codes for quick access. It also includes password protection for some settings allowed only to authorized operators.
