This forklift works electronically, with alternating current (up to 14 hours of work with a single battery). It has 4 wheels and a battery of 80 Volts and up to 775 Ah. It is capable of carrying a load capacity from 2000 kg to 3200 kg. Its masts achieve a lifting height of 7315 mm.

AC motors: 100% AC

Clark has developed the GEX 20-25-30 series with all AC motors. This means that there are no brushes on the motors and no commutators for maneuvering, thus eliminating maintenance costs.

Motor control

The 80-volt motors are controlled by two dual controllers, one for the traction motors and one for the hydraulic pump motor. Both are protected by the counterweight and a hood with an automobile-like design.

The controller monitors the temperature of the motors and, should the temperature start to rise and reach its thermal limit, it would gradually reduce the power supply.

Oil-immersed disc brakes

This truck ensures superb performance on any type of ground and in any conditions thanks to the independent traction included on each front wheel. In addition, the GEX 20-25-30 series is equipped with oil-immersed disc brakes as standard for increased maneuverability and safety performance.

Driver's cab

The driver's ergonomics were the main focus of the cab design. This allows the driver to concentrate on work and perform it more safely and efficiently with less fatigue.

The pedals ensure smooth maneuvering with very little reinforcement and at the same time leave plenty of space for foot support. The steering column is adjustable allowing the driver to select the most comfortable position.
