The bail concept arises from the need to make auctions efficient and safe for all our clients. With this guarantee we will maintain the security of our bidders when it comes to monitoring the auctions, as well as we will make sure to carry out the bids and the payment correctly, in addition to preserving the good end of these.
The amount of deposit established is €1,000.00, which can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer at the time of validating the registration or when the first bid is to be placed. You will receive a notice of payment in order to participate.
1. Through payment by card before placing the bid, an automatic process in which access to bid is given immediately as soon as the payment is made.
2. By bank transfer with an order number, to assign it to the bidder, or by card payment before placing the bid. (To expedite the process, please send the supporting documents to the following address:Â form.online@gamrentals.com) We strongly recommend that the deposit be deposited no later than one day before the end of the auction in order to avoid problems at the time of the authorizations.
The deposit will be returned within a maximum period of 15 days from the end of the auction in the event that the bidder in question has not reached the reserve price or has not been the highest bidder of the interested team.
If it is the highest bid, having exceeded the reserve price, the proforma invoice will be sent as the highest bidder and winner of the team, so the €1,000.00 deposit will be deducted from the purchase price.
All our auctions have a month of promotion, during which all the auctioned equipment can be visited and tested without any commitment in the facilities in which they are located (this information is detailed in the locations inside each machine on our website) . To be able to go see the equipment, you just have to contact us and we will coordinate a visit.
In order to bid in our auctions, you must duly register on our website and pay the deposit.
Once these steps have been completed, you could insert the amount you want to bid for the team you are interested in. You can bid both from the team file -where you will have all the information at your fingertips- and from the list where you can find the most relevant information on the team to bid on.
When entering the bid amount, you must enter the amount you want to insert taking into account the minimum increase, this amount must be entered without points or letters. Just the exact amount.
When bidding, there are different types of bids to facilitate the auction process. The quick bid consists of selecting the amount you want to bid by clicking on the different options that appear on the screen. Meanwhile, the automatic bid allows you to enter the maximum price that you would be willing to pay and the system will bid automatically for you. In this way, you will automatically receive all the information about the status of the bids by mail without having to wait to enter the page and bid again.
The minimum bid increment varies based on the reserve price of each machine. Within each machine appears the minimum bid to make.
Reserve prices are not visible to bidders. As the bids are made, both on the website itself when placing the bid and in the emails received by the bidder, it is indicated whether you have reached this reserve price or if, on the contrary, you are close to said price or not.
To proceed with the change of ownership of a team registered in the auction, there are two options. We can notify you of the sale of the equipment sold, or on the other hand, we put at your service an agency that works with us on a day-to-day basis and that, through a fee of €200 + VAT, carry out the process of the change of ownership.
In the event that payment is not made for the equipment purchased at the auction, the deposit will not be returned. We reserve the right to activate any judicial request that we deem necessary for this purpose.
