The CRT25-4D reach truck model, developed as a reach truck for use in an enclosed space, is capable of transporting very long loads and performing longitudinal travel (similar to a stacker) at the same time. Thanks to the four-wheel steering activation, loads can be moved individually. An extra wide carriage or fork positioners can be offered for very wide products.

Automatic wheel positioning included: by means of automatic preselection of the wheel positions, 5 different wheel positions can be activated at the push of a button.

The adjustments are made automatically. This simplifies a lot of work in narrow aisles and makes the machine safer to operate. There are different steering modes including: normal driving, sideways driving, parallel travel, rotation and diagonal travel.

This model of reach truck has an electric motor, which achieves a load capacity of between 1,300 kg to 2,500 kg load capacity.

Side battery removal

A feature of all CRT models is that they have side battery extraction as standard. A task simplified by simple rollers that make battery removal a simple task, making daily battery maintenance much easier.

Steel cabin or protective cabin

The cabin can be changed, so that it can be equipped with a steel cabin. It is also useful for refrigerated operations, performing applications down to -35°C (-22°F). The CRT16/20SE ac series with super-elastic tires is also compatible with a weather-protected cab.

AC technology / drive unit

With AC motors (AC technology) the entire CRT series of reach trucks are particularly powerful, quiet and offer high productivity. Maintenance-free components together with AC motors reduce operating costs.

Through the instrument panel and/or a laptop computer, braking and hydraulic functions can be adapted to the worker's requirements.

All CRT models include three different braking functions:

By releasing the accelerator pedal
By changing direction
By applying the brake pedal

Ergonomic controls

All hydraulic functions are controlled by the operator via mini-levers to allow precise control at all times.

Masts

Specially developed retractable masts with reinforced side beams absorb torsional stress and ensure long machine life. Fork carriage tilt (reclined forks) and integral sideshift provide optimum residual capacities for all heights.

Driver's seat

The suspension seat is adjustable in two zones. Together with the height-adjustable steering column and anti-slip footplate, this feature ensures that a comfortable driving position is maintained for many hours.

Steering

Thanks to the easy-to-operate electronic power steering, smooth and precise steering movements are possible. The steering column is height adjustable and can be optimally adapted to most operators.

The 180° or 360° of steering can be selected at the push of a button.

LCD display

The LCD display informs the operator of all important information including:

Drive mode (Economy / Standard / High Power)
Parking brake applied
Hour meter
Tachometer
Speed reduction indication (slow)
Battery discharge
