The TENNANT BCS S20 Diesel/LPG sweeper is a compact ride-on machine, ideal for efficient cleaning of large indoor and outdoor areas. With a sweeping width of up to 157 cm and a hopper capacity of 310 liters, this sweeper guarantees exceptional performance. Its three-stage SweepMax dust control system captures particles down to 0.5 microns, ensuring a clean and dust-free environment. Equipped with a powerful 26 hp (diesel) or 32.5 hp (LPG) Kubota engine, the BCS S20 offers high productivity and flexibility. Its ergonomic design includes simple "all levers forward" controls that make it easy to use and reduce the need for training. The TENNANT BCS S20 Diesel/LPG sweeper is a ride-on industrial cleaning machine designed to deliver exceptional performance in high-traffic environments, both indoors and outdoors. Its compact and versatile size allows it to operate in large, congested spaces, ensuring efficient cleaning on all types of surfaces. With a sweeping width of 1270 mm with one side brush and up to 1570 mm with double side brushes, the BCS S20 optimizes operating time, significantly reducing cleaning times.
The three-stage SweepMax dust control system is one of the main features of this sweeper, capable of capturing submicron dust particles down to 0.5 microns with 99% efficiency. The system uses a cyclonic pre-filter that redirects coarser dirt and moisture into the hopper, protecting the non-flammable nanofiber filter, which has a service life 3 to 5 times longer than conventional filters. In addition, the ShakeMax 360 agitation system removes embedded dust particles from the filter, improving efficiency and extending equipment life.
The BCS S20 is available with high-performance Kubota engines in both diesel and LPG versions. The 26 hp diesel engine and 32.5 hp LPG engine provide optimum power for long working days, offering a propulsion speed of up to 10 km/h (6 mph). This flexibility allows the BCS S20 to perform demanding tasks with ease, even in outdoor areas. The 310-liter hopper, made of durable polyethylene, has a significant loading capacity, minimizing stops for emptying and maximizing productivity.
The machine's ergonomic design includes a comfortable operator's compartment with adjustable seat and intuitive "all levers forward" controls, simplifying operation and reducing the need for staff training. In addition, the sweeper is equipped with a Thermo-Sentry sensor that cuts off air intake in the event of hopper overheating, providing greater operator safety and extending the life of the machine.
Built with durable materials, the BCS S20 features a steel frame and surrounding bumpers that protect the machine from accidental impact and damage, making it ideal for demanding industrial environments.
