Great maneuverability, easy maintenance, remarkable flexibility, extreme reliability

The GEN2 C60-80 series features the combination of a 90 hp diesel engine, a fully automatic 3-speed transmission, oil-immersed disc brakes and a robust chassis design. All this makes for an exceptional range that excels in performance, maneuverability and durability.

Parking brake

To enhance the safety of the machine, several mechanisms have been implemented to create a safe environment for the operator. The brake must be operated with a hand lever and the transmission disengages when the parking brake is engaged to prevent a locked brake run.

Oil wet disc brakes

Includes sealed, oil-cooled brakes for smooth, quiet operation and minimal wear for long service life.

Maintenance is also greatly reduced due to less downtime. The truck is also designed with brake assist. This means that the pedal will require little effort from the operator when braking, reducing worker fatigue.

The power that moves the machine

It consists of a 90-hp, turbocharged Iveco 4.5-liter diesel engine that delivers exceptional power, torque and fuel economy. Coupled with a cold start system, vertical exhaust and standard precleaner lends more horsepower for better acceleration.

GM V-6 4.3-liter LPG engine, built specifically for smooth, quiet operation.

Protects your investment in case of excess engine coolant, high transmission oil temperature or low engine oil pressure thanks to its automatic shutdown.

The engines comply with European gas and particulate emission regulations and CE conformity.

BUILT TO LAST® Chassis

Includes an integral, welded, high-strength box frame structure, along with an integral hydraulic tank and fuel tank, as well as wrap-around frame side parts for added rigidity. In addition, integral battery and tool compartments are added.

Optional operator's cab

The unique design of the overhead guard maximizes visibility without obstructing the 180° folding and locking door pillars. It recesses and locks into the vehicle chassis when fully opened.

Robust mast and chassis

All cylinders, chains and lift hoses are mounted within the rail profile, giving greater visibility. The included hydraulic dampening valves make sequential operation quiet and reduce jolts and vibrations. The chassis includes 8 load rollers and 4 side thrust rollers that together maximize load distribution and reduce backlash.

Smart shift transmission

This model features the 3-speed Powershift transmission as standard on LPG and diesel models, making it a fully automatic transmission. Other highlights include:

  • Modulated shift protection, with smooth actuation and damped gear shifting.
  • No adjustments are needed because it is electrically controlled.
  • It is heavy-duty and features robust components for a longer service life.
  • Thanks to its slow-approaching travel valve, the left brake pedal allows for precisely controlled travel speeds during high-speed lifts.

Operator's cab

The operator's cab features:

  • A fully adjustable, fully suspended seat with 6 cm vertical travel.
  • With the addition of a thick molded mat, it reduces vibration and noise levels and improves operator comfort.
  • Front, rear, brake and turn signals are protected and mounted high to prevent damage.
  • The tilting steering column can be adjusted to suit the operator for easy entry/exit.
  • The hydraulic controls on the hood are located in a special area and sized for ease of use and ergonomics.
