This forklift uses a LPG gas engine, which makes it reach a capacity of between 2,000 kg to 3,500 kg. Its masts achieve a lifting height of up to 7,315 mm, with great visibility and equipped with inclined rollers for better adjustment and less wear on the bearings.

This LPG truck is designed to tackle any task that gets in its way. It ensures optimum cooling for the transmission and provides maximum cooling for the engine thanks to the separate radiator.

Safety

All CLARK forklift models, associated devices and tools comply with CE, ANSI/ ASME, OSHA and UL standards. In addition, this model has several safety rules and measures:

Neutral start: the engine will not start if the gearshift is not in neutral.
Tilt lock valve: this model prevents accidental forward tilting of the mast, in case the engine is off.
Gas shock absorbers with automatic locking: prevents accidental closing of the hood.
Safety valve: prevents accidental uncontrolled lowering of the mast in case of damage to the oil pressure hose.
As long as the parking brake is activated, forward and reverse travel is impossible.

Hydraulic system

Maximum power: To reduce power loss and heat build-up, use a load-sensing flow control valve.
Optimal attachment performance: This main hydraulic valve features adjustable flow controls for tilt and auxiliary functions.
Sectional design: This model allows easy incorporation of additional functions and simplifies maintenance.
Mast-mounted load lowering valve: lowering speed is always controlled regardless of load speed.

One-piece frame

This type of high-strength, welded and formed steel plate design protects the model against impact damage and extends the service life of the vehicle. In addition, the integrated hydraulic sump provides cooling for the hydraulic system.

Steering axle

Consists of a robust design. The connecting pivots have a "double shear" design to withstand impacts without loosening or breaking. Also, thanks to this single axle design, the two-connection cylinder provides the steering force.

Robust mast and chassis

I-profile construction: this type of construction maximizes visibility and robustness, as well as allowing for internal hose and cable routing. It consists of six chassis rollers and two side thrust rollers that minimize deflection and side play and reduce roller contact wear, extending the life of its components. Quiet sequential operation of the rails is achieved by hydraulic dampening valves that reduce jolts during lifting and lowering.
Coined, sealed and inclined load rollers maximize load distribution and reduce backlash.

Operator's cab

Fully adjustable seat. With 6 cm of vertical travel and a 20° backrest adjustment range, the seat is fully adjustable to the operator's size. In addition, it has a 15 cm longitudinal adjustment and a contour for greater support. Together with a retractable, non-tightening seat belt, this makes it 100% safe for the operator to operate the machine, in addition to being adjustable.
A thick molded mat reduces vibration and noise levels and improves operator comfort.
Minimal arm fatigue is achieved through electronic directional controls that allow for true tactile operation.
Tilting steering column: This can be adjusted to suit the operator for easy entry/exit.
