Regenerative braking and steering system

This electric tractor has three forms of regenerative braking:

1. By throttle release (proportional to throttle pos.)
2. By direction change (proportional to the throttle pos.)
3. By braking (applying the foot brake)

It also has a mechanical steering system that does not rely on electrical assistance. This leads to less downtime and a smooth steering feel, resulting in reduced operator effort.

48-volt 100% AC system

The advantage of this tractor model is that it has high performance in speed, acceleration and gradeability. It has an efficient system, designed and built by Clark, that features more power and less noise.

Automatic shutdown protects your investment.

Engine temperature is always monitored. And, in the event of overheating, engine performance is automatically reduced. New features include more battery capacity, as the CTX40/70 can accommodate a 270-375 Ah battery and the CTX70 can accommodate a 345-375 Ah battery.

Tilting steering column

Thanks to its 38-degree tilt steering column, the CTX-40-70 adapts to any driver, provided that it is adjusted to the driver's size. It has a comfortable grip steering wheel, does not reduce the operator's foot area and includes - as standard - a knob on the steering wheel.

Operator's cab

It includes a rubber mat with cushioning effect that improves driver comfort and a car-style pedal layout, which makes it more familiar to the operator.

Direction change is made via a convenient hand lever that has a large area to accommodate all foot sizes. For convenient access, it can be entered from both sides. It has an ergonomic suspension seat (vinyl) adjustable to the driver's weight.

Stable platform

A storage compartment (770x 420 mm) is included at the rear offering up to 200 kg extra capacity incorporating "Built to Last" quality.

Fully programmable and easy to maintain

One of the most interesting features in reference to operator ergonomics is that this model of electric tractor is fully adjustable/programmable. It consists of up to 20 performance parameter settings: acceleration, creeper speed, regenerative braking and many more settings can be adjusted in order to precisely match the CTX's performance to the needs of the application. Due to the wide hood, the hood allows easy access to all components of the towing tractor for regular maintenance.

Also includes ZAPI AC controller: controller with MOSFET and CAN-Bus technology.
