On-board diagnostics system reduces downtime out of service
The R2.0 mobile mast reach truck is part of an exclusive Hyster series available in seven models with different features varying in load capacity from 1.4 to 2.5 tonnes, with custom configuration options to suit any indoor application. The all-welded truck base structure is available in two different fork widths and four different fork lengths to meet the needs of the most demanding applications.
The three-piece design offers more options and reduces replacement costs. The precision mast is available in two options: Standard and Heavy Duty, with lift heights ranging from 4,650 mm to 12,750 mm.
In addition, this R2.0 reach truck offers excellent stability and visibility through the mast, maintaining high residual capacity even at elevated heights. The h1:h3 ratio has been improved, allowing a higher maximum lift with a lower enclosed height.
The Hyster Reach Truck offers fast travel allowing shorter cycle times, reaching speeds of up to 14 km/h (9 mph). In addition, it features lift speeds of up to 0.8 meters per second up to heights of 12.5 m, and allows 180°/360° direction selection for smooth direction changes in narrow aisles.
The vehicle controller (VCM) is responsible for integrating and controlling the various machine components, such as traction, steering and hydraulic pump motors, brakes, hydraulics, control elements, displays and other on-board electronics.
The state-of-the-art engine ensures a reliable and easily accessible electrical system, with enhanced diagnostic functionality for efficient corrections, increasing productivity and reducing out-of-service downtime.
