Generating set equipment

The frame is made of steel profile complete with anti-vibration supports suitably dimensioned.

It is protected by a 40' container soundproofed with a monoblock structure and designed to meet the most varied customer needs. The main features are:

• It has a structure similar to shipping containers (upper and lower corners, monolithic structure, walls and roof in corrugated steel sheet) making them particularly strong and suitable.
• High resistance to atmospheric agents
• Polyester powder paint applied in special SA 2.5 spraying tunnel
• Exhaust vents and openings in the exhaust for generator cooling
• A space is foreseen to house the electrical panel, if necessary the control panel can be separated from the alternator, and installed in a dedicated room.
• The floor is made of sheets with reinforced textured profiles.
• The single or double leaf doors, are fixed by sturdy steel hinges and equipped with different locking systems, such as lever bolt locks, panic bars, etc.

Soundproofing:

• The walls, ceiling and dividers are self-supporting and feature high sound absorption.
• They are produced with galvanized steel sheet to be subsequently painted with galvanic deposition of polyester powder. Inside they are covered with a rock wool sheet.
• The exhaust silencers are placed inside or outside the container depending on the genset model.
