With options of 2.6L, 3.0L and 3.3L diesel engines or 2.4L and 2.5L LPG engines, these Hyster H2.0FT forklift trucks are now supplied with the new ECO-eLo fuel efficiency mode activated, making them some of the most fuel efficient thermal trucks available on the market.

This range of Hyster H2.0FT trucks are available in the market in Fortens, Fortens Advance and Fortens Advance+ configurations, depending on the responsiveness needed for specific application requirements, regardless of their intensity.

Highlights of the Hyster H2.0FT diesel and LPG counterbalanced forklift trucks

• They are built with a robust frame and heavy-duty mast design that optimizes load capacity retention at high lift heights while retaining excellent visibility and rigidity on all models.
• The ECO-eLo fuel efficiency mode helps reduce fuel consumption by up to 20%, with limited effect on overall truck productivity.
• The load sensing hydraulics (LSH) available in this Fortens range make it easier to increase the productivity of the H2.0FT truck while reducing fuel consumption, thereby offering considerable savings in overall application costs.

All powertrains on this range of Hyster H2.0FT trucks are controlled, protected and managed by the Pacesetter VSM™ on-board industrial computer with a CANbus communications network.

• There is a choice of an electronic servo transmission, a DuraMatch™ transmission which features 1 speed, automatic deceleration system, controlled reversing and controlled reverse on ramps or a DuraMatch™ 2 transmission: which features 2 speeds, has the above plus the additional functionality of two speeds - shorter first gear for greater effort available at the drawbar and a longer second gear for top speeds on long hauls.
• The standard Fortens model, which is equipped with an electronic servo transmission.
• The Fortens Advance model, equipped with the DuraMatch™ transmission, which provide smoother directional shifts to eliminate shock loads and extend clutch pack service life, brake and tire service life and prevent transmission wear.
• Fortens Advance+ models, equipped with the DuraMatch™ or DuraMatch™ Plus2 transmission. The DuraMatch™ Plus2 also features an additional 2-speed feature with dynamic auto deceleration system, throttle response management and auto-speed hydraulics
• Fortens Advance and Advance+ options include oil-immersed brakes that help reduce maintenance requirements and boost truck operating safety H2.0FT.

The unique Hyster Stability Mechanism (HSM), which is maintenance-free, improves lateral stability without affecting the truck's travel over uneven surfaces.

• In addition, the innovative design of the driver's compartment offers easy access and excellent visibility in all directions and controls.
• To optimize driver comfort, the full-suspension seat and isolated powertrain contribute to vibration levels as low as 0.6m/s2, and noise levels affecting the driver's hearing are also very low, for example 79dB(A) for the 2.5 tonne models, both diesel and LPG.

The complete one-piece, rear-opening hood service access contributes to fast and efficient maintenance. The simplified wiring and hydraulics layout offers very easy access to components, facilitating and reducing service times for unscheduled repairs as well as regular maintenance.
